Funding Areas

“Experience has shown us that we need ample funds in order to sustain our programme prior to starting.

Our primary task is going to be to FIND and train currently unemployed youth to become sports coaches. They require to learn HOW children learn and what the basis of all sports movements are.

They require to be certified with:  Police Clearance certification, First Aid, Child Safety.

They also need personal skills of leadership, integrity, work integrity skills, as they will become key figures in these children’s lives, and they need to have the capability of this leadership for the youth.

They will be trained to do our athletic development courses , and then bat and ball skills and then sport specific skills of tennis, hockey, cricket, netball, football, and rugby.  It is extremely difficult for these “coaches to be” as they need to learn HOW to do these skills themselves first.

We will always attempt to collaborate with the development arms of the various Federations, but we have agreed to not waste time on politics.

Rather we strive to get the job done and empower the youth coming through with sports skills that will stand them in good stead for the rest of their lives, during school and later in business.

We cover leadership, integrity, competitiveness, manners are all social skills that get developed during our classes as well as friendship, fairness, and the desire to do better.

These are attributes that sports people carry throughout their lives and we wish to expand these into the lives of our deprived youth to experience these fundamental skills.

I am very excited to be restarting our Foundation in 2024 on this positive note again.”
