As Chairman of Western Province Junior Committee Portfolio, I acknowledge full support of this wonderful initiative of the GROWING SPORTS FOUNDATION – GROWING TENNIS PROGRAMME – in taking tennis to the 100’s of disadvantaged children in the City Bowl School’s of Cape Town.

It is great to see this kind of initiative and I congratulate Michelle and her 2 PDI coaches in what they have achieved in such a short period.
We also thank all those coaches doing Pro Bono work.

I wish her continued success and we as WP Province, look forward to reaping the benefits of this work, in the near future.

We have already seen positive spin-off’s of this initiative and look forward to receiving many entries into the WP Junior Open in April 2009 .

Yours sincerely

Riad Davids, Chairman WP Junior Tennis
